Have not received the product. Reached out and was told to contact UPS. UPS has not responded either. I needed this early to gift out of town family coming for Thanksgiving. Very disappointing as it’s very expensive.

They sent 1 roll. I paid 70 bucks for one roll of gift wrap? So confused!

Rate 4 out of 5 stars would like to have rolls separated out looked like just 1 giant roll. And then had to Un ravel all rolls just to take one sheet out to use. Other than that seemed adequate enough wrapped easy 30 gifts with the rolls received. Probably a little too pricy to do again, but my kids and cousins and nieces and nephews got a kick out of it.

Love the product! Great idea and quality paper…only downside is there’s not much paper for the money spent. Was expecting a roll of wrapping paper…what you actually get is just enough to wrap a good-sized present or two.

Not much paper but it was thick and of good quality

Paper was cute with the photo on it, however its such a small amount of paper for the price you are paying. I was only able to wrap 2 gifts with it.

My order turned out awesome. They do a fantastic job in editing the photos so you don't have to. I will order from them again.

My niece and nephew just opened some early Christmas gifts and they were amazed seeing their uncle on the gift paper.

Wish you had cautioned, regarding photo selection, not to send a face that was in partial sunlight. I realized after receiving it that in order not to wash out the detail in the sunlit portion, you had to print the rest of the face rather dark. I was disappointed. Fortunately, the child is not likely to notice.

Love my gift wrap. The customer service is greatly lacking. I asked a question about shipping, and got a very smart alec response. Was a real turn off for this company.
