How It Works: If you complete your purchase and later realize you forgot to add your fourth item, don't worry. Within 14 days of your original order date, you may still redeem your free item. Because every Gift Wrap My Face product is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

In certain situations, refunds or replacements may be available for orders that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or fail to arrive within the carrier's guaranteed delivery timeframe. While we do our best to get items delivered as quickly as possible, refunds are not available for shipping delays. Additionally, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
